A belated reminder to check out the Perseids meteor shower this week. Actually the annual Perseids meteor shower lasts for several days with a broad peak a few days before and after August 13th. Hopefully the weather will be clear since the moon is cooperating and staying away for the show. Not binoculars or telescopes required – just a comfortable place and clear view of the sky.
